Services
We provide tree care services, including pruning, removal, stump grinding, and more. We strive to provide the highest quality tree care services and use our best efforts to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, or credit card as forms of payment. A 50% deposit may be required for larger or more complex jobs.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tree care services, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability
We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our clients, the public, and our team during tree care services. However, tree care can be dangerous, and we cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of our services.
Property Access
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that our team has access to the property and trees that require care. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to property or trees as a result of limited access.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to make changes to our tree care services, including pricing, without prior notice.
